Fit 901
The Coaching Team — Memphis, TN

The people you'll actually train with.

You are not handing your body over to a brand. You are handing it to a person. So here they are — names, certifications, and what each of them is actually good at.

Your coaches

Every session at Fit 901 is coached by a person, not written by an app. These are the people who write your program and watch you move.

What every Fit 901 coach is held to

The part that doesn't change depending on who you get.

Movements are coached, not guessed

Someone watches you move, cues you, and scales the movement to what your body can do today — every session, not just your first one.

Programs are written with purpose

Your training is built to progress over months and years. Nothing here is pulled off social media because it looked hard.

Honest feedback, including when it isn't what you want

If something isn't working, you'll hear it. If we're not the right fit for what you need, you'll hear that too — on the first call, not after you've paid.

Scaled to the person in front of us

First workout or fiftieth, twenty-five or seventy-five, coming back from surgery or preparing for an academy test. Every movement and every program scales.

Talk to one of them.

The discovery call is fifteen minutes with an actual Fit 901 coach — not a call center and not a script. We'll ask about your goals, your schedule and anything your body is currently doing that you don't love, then tell you honestly whether we can help and which direction fits. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so and try to point you at someone who is.

How should we reach you?

We need both an email address and a phone number — most of our contact is by text or call, and email has a habit of landing in spam. We'll send a short code to check it's really you.

We'll email you a one-time verification code to confirm it's really you.

By entering your number and tapping Send code, you agree to receive a one-time verification passcode via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. This code is not marketing and you are not signing up for anything by verifying.

Verify at least one of these to continue.

Save us in your phone before you go

Add our number to your contacts and add our email address to your email contacts. Otherwise our texts can get filtered as spam and our emails can land in Promotions or Junk — and if you never see us, we can't help you.

Free, 10–20 minutes, no sales pitch — just an honest conversation.
