Mentoring Session
A call, not a session. Review the week, change what needs changing, plan the next one. Pick from the times your coach is already working.

Strategy & Planning Session
The longer sit-down every few months. Step back from the week and look at where the whole thing is going. One a quarter, whatever package you are on.

- About 20 minutes, bookended onto a session you are already coming in for. In person that includes your weigh-in, measurements and body-composition analysis at the gym; online you bring those numbers with you.
